Do you feel like you need an extra pair of hands sometimes?
Or do you wish you had someone with whom to bounce ideas around, to help you put all those big ideas you have into a list of achievable and actionable points?
Why not hire a Virtual Assistant (VA)?
Sometimes you simply need to have someone on hand to help you out when you need it, and a Virtual Assistant is perfect for that. Similar to the more traditional Personal Assistant (PA) and Executive Assistant (EA), VAs offer a very flexible option for small business owners and bloggers who need that kind of support without having to employ someone in an office.
I’m an experienced PA and now VA, able to work remotely with you to offer support right when you need it. Tasks can be as varied as sending emails and liaising with clients on your behalf, to working with you on business strategies and assisting in growth and development. Whatever you need, if I have the skills to carry it out I will. And if I don’t, I can usually outsource that task to a fellow VA I know and trust.
How it works
Tasks can be assigned via phone, Skype, email, or a project management tool such as Trello. I will then track the time I spend on each task using Toggl and invoice you on a monthly basis. Work is charged at my standard hourly rate of £25 per hour. You can request a retainer package, in which case you will be invoiced for the hours you require each month in advance. Or you can hire me on a more ad-hoc basis, and you will be invoiced at the end of the month, for a minimum of 1 hour, with additional work being charged in 15 minute increments.
